Individual Services: •Inspection of ductwork ~ $135.00 •Deceased animal removal from ductwork ~ $135.00 to $175.00 •Dryer Vent Cleaning or Replacement ~ $135.00 to $220.00 •Insulation Removal (from a register/vent)~ call for an in home estimate. Price will vary; service call to clean one vent or included with duct cleaning.
Pricing for Duct Cleaning: Single Story Ranch or Bungalow w/ full basement $495.00 up to 14 registers ~ $10.00 each additional Two Story, Colonial, Cape Cod w/full basement, Tri or Quad Level $545.00 up to 14 registers ~ $10.00 each additional Homes on a crawl space or cement slab $75.00 additional ~ these homes have limited access to the main ductwork. Crawl Space: A technician will enter the crawl space and/or attic to access the mains. Slab: A component of the furnace (blower or a/c coil) to access the mains. Multiple furnace(s) $200.00 each additional: An in home estimate is required if your home is over 3000 sq.ft and has more than two HVAC systems.Additional Options w/ Duct Cleaning: • Dryer Vent Cleaning ~ $60.00 • Dryer Vent Replacement ~ $95.00 • Microbial Sanitation ~ $55.00; all microbial products used are EPA registered. • Refrigerator Coil Cleaning ~ $45.00
